Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LEGION K9 (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

LEGION K9 offers a variety of dog training services, including but not limited to obedience training, behavior modification, puppy training, protection work, and police K9 training. Our training services are designed to meet the unique needs of each dog, and our trainers are skilled in handling dogs of all breeds, ages, and behavior issues.

2. Appointment and Scheduling

Appointments for private lessons, board and train programs, and any other services should be scheduled in advance. We recommend booking your sessions as early as possible to secure your preferred timeslot.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least [insert time, e.g., 24 hours] prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made after this time may incur a fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in full before or at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, credit card and zelle. Payments for Board and Train programs must be made prior to the dog's stay.

Refunds:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions or programs. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 10 days so that we can address your concerns.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their dog’s health, temperament, and behavior before beginning any training program.

  • Follow the trainer’s instructions and be consistent with training at home.

  • Keep their dog up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and overall health.

  • Be present during private lessons or training sessions as required.

5. Health and Safety

The safety and well-being of your dog are our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse training if we determine that a dog is unsuitable for the program due to health concerns, aggressive behavior, or other safety risks.

You agree to notify us of any known medical conditions, injuries, or behavioral issues your dog may have prior to starting the training.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that dog training, like any physical activity, carries inherent risks. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your dog and others, LEGION K9 is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during training sessions or while your dog is in our care.

You agree to hold LEGION K9 harmless from any claims, actions, or lawsuits related to the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damages caused by your dog or the training process.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Any information shared during the course of training, including dog behavior, health, and other personal data, will be kept confidential.

8. Photo and Video Release

By participating in our training programs, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during sessions for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. If you do not wish for your dog to be featured in any content, please notify us in writing.

9. Modifications to Terms

LEGION K9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be noted at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
